This very reasonably priced, compact, and effective exercise machine has kept me in excellent shape through a very long Winter.
Normally I simply continue cycling outdoors throughout the colder months, but this year it wasn't possible due to the larger than normal amount of snowfall and uncomfortably cold temperatures here in Southern Ontario.
Thank you, Advantage Fitness, for creating a low cost effective method to keep fit in the comfort of my own bedroom. I highly recommend this product!

Bike has everything you need for a quick home workout. nowhere near fitness club bikes, but it still does the trick. for this price, if it does break i wouldn't bother fixing it; it's going on the curb and then off to the next one.

The bike is made very sturdy, and it has a really pretty sleek design to it. The problem is that it is way to hard to pedal. I'm used to pedalling for 2 hours a day each and every day, and this was way to hard to use. The resistance was way to hard. It is definitely made for a man who wants to ad bulk /muscle to his legs. I had to return it.

I've had the bike for three weeks and ride 10k's per day and really like it. It was easy to assemble, takes up very little room, and seems to be helping my circulation problem. The seat could be a bit more comfortable, but is acceptable as is. For the money I consider it a great value.

When we bought the product, we had a few constraints - it should not take too much space, it should be cheap, and it should be light-weight. This product met all of the requirements. We are currently using it and find it satisfactory. Although I am quite doubtful about the calorie calculation part, the rest of the parts are okay and running smooth.

We now have 2 of these exercise bikes in our home.
One upstairs and one downstairs, they have turned out to be a very durable units as one of them is now a year old and is still in use and we purchased the second one for our daughter.
They do not take up a lot of room and a great if you are just looking for a bike ride and do not want a lot of bells and whistles!

Thank you for your feedback! We are always happy to hear from people who have purchased the Advantage Upright. Hope you are enjoying your cycle!
I put this bike together by myself and actually had no problems. I was worried about missing parts from a review I had read before purchase but thankfully all parts were together. I do enjoy using my cycle and seems to be holding up very well. I would recommend this cycle and the price was very reasonable.

I bought this exercise bike to help in my recovery from hip replacement surgery. I would be riding outside if not for the ice and snow.
The bike was easy to assemble, but I used real tools, not the flimsy ones provided.
I bought this after using a professional exercise bike in a PT gym. While there's no comparison in quality, durability and features, this one is still a good value, even at the regular price of $140.
I will list here what I did not like about this product:
1. No graduations on resistance knob.
2. Seat only adjusts up and down in very coarse increments and no back and forth or angle adjustment. Can't mount a real bicycle saddle.
3. No cadence (rpm) readout on the computer. This would be far more useful than "speed" on a stationary bike. (I made a conversion chart for cadence.)
4. The heart rate monitor is completely out of whack and useless. It reads very low approaching maximum. If you want to monitor your heart rate, get a real monitor because you could easily exceed your maximum using this one.
5. Because of the large screen, it would have been better to display several parameters instead of having to choose just one or scan through them.
What I like:
1. I like the large LCD readout and all the parameters it shows, except as noted above.
2. I like the magnetic resistance brake. It's much smoother than the friction rollers that were found on the old exercise bikes.
3. It does not take up much room.
To sum up, while this bike is nothing like the $1000+ professional models, it has many of the same features and is quite sturdy and well-made, at least for someone weighing under 250 lbs.
I would recommend this to a friend.

The cycle was a little difficult to put together as a few parts didn't fit properly. But once it was all together it worked well. It didn't fall apart and it was quiet. The display was big enough for me to see without my glasses and it was compact enough to fit in my small apartment. Couldn't ask for a better cycle machine for under $200.
