I purchaced my bike 3 weeks ago and it broke down the third time I used it. I've been talking to a wonderful person on customer service. He's been great as it's not his product. My manual wasn't as new as the bike. Once I got sent pictures on how to disassemble it, a piece broke off and now I have to pay for it as the instructions shouldn't have been what they were. I no longer have any tension control and the pedalling is choppy, it doesn't go around smoothly. It's like going over bumps...not smooth. If it didn't turn out this way, I would definitely recommend the bike as it is comfortable, but I basically just lost $145.00 (with tax) and I'm a little upset.
I would not recommend this to a friend.

I brought this bike to work out...which it does work fine. The seat after about 40 minutes becomes uncomfortable and even with new batteries in the machine for the display mode thing, it stopped working after 3 days. This was the cheapest bike i could get as I am low on money and it shows.
